Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods — such as new collection launches or the holiday season — processing times may be slightly extended. We'll communicate any delays via email.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and location at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email is received.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Trilith Foundation Merch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your building's mail area
  2. Contacting your local post office or carrier
  3. Reaching out to us at merch@trilithfoundation.org — we're happy to help investigate

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at merch@trilithfoundation.org. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
